Cranston, R.I. – Thursday, July 12, 2018—Market research suggests that despite our best intentions, we as business leaders feel our ability to champion change within our organizations is lackluster at best. In fact, only 10 percent of CEOs globally are “extremely satisfied” with their organization’s ability to innovate, according to findings in the C-Suite Challenge 2018 report. What’s more, less than half of CEOs (48 percent) see their organization as a technology leader in their industries.
To help shed light on the technology, process and systems innovations businesses can bring inside their walls, Trilix has launched its Workplace Excellence Podcast Series. The regular series will feature commentary from members of the Trilix team and greater community on how business leaders can more intentionally leverage technology as an accelerator to achieving positive business outcomes.
“At Trilix we believe that strategically using technology—from a custom application to engage your clients to a robust dashboard to effectively track corporate performance—can catapult organizations to a heightened level of greatness,” says Carrie Majewski, Trilix Principal of Marketing. “We are excited to launch this podcast series to pull back the curtain on the technology and process innovations leaders can introduce tomorrow that will have profound impact on team productivity, efficiency and morale.”
The inaugural podcast features Majewski and Randy Jackvony, Trilix Principal of Technology and Client Services, who discuss top workplace woes that prevent businesses from reaching an amplified level of success—such as generating manual monthly reports and maintaining systems that don’t easily share data. Jackvony also offers actionable tips for improving these obstacles. Upcoming topics will include: game-changing technology innovations; tips for ensuring your next technology rollout gets adopted by your employees; and how technology and processes can both strengthen and harm your corporate culture.
The podcast series launch comes off the heels of several other company initiatives to ignite a movement to help business leaders achieve a new level of workplace excellence, by fusing together business operations and culture. Since last December, Trilix has produced a monthly blog series dedicated to profiling exemplary business leaders who purposefully invest technology and process improvement to reach organizational goals. Most recently, Trilix held a Workplace Excellence Summer Meet-Up to unite business leaders looking to spark change.
